Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from NextWall. You may return unused merchandise in its original packaging, for any reason, within the 45 days of your original purchase. We will issue a credit to the card you used for your purchase less original shipping and handling charges, a 25% restocking fee, and any return freight. Product samples purchased from NextWall are not eligible for refunds or returns.
How to Request A Return
We cannot issue any refunds for returns sent without our prior authorization. We will not accept any responsibility for merchandise returned to us without a return authorization number issued by NextWall.
You can request a return authorization number by sending an email to returns@nextwalldesign.com. Please be sure to include your order number, your name and the original delivery address. We accept returns of unused merchandise for any reason, but we would be interested in knowing if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
After we have issued a return authorization number, you can send the return shipment to our returns center below. Please do not send shipments to this address without a return authorization number. We will issue a credit to the card you used for your purchase less original shipping and handling charges, a 25% restocking fee, and any return freight.

Products from Other Merchants and Marketplaces
Many of our products are sold by other merchants throughout the world. Our refund policy only applies to items purchased though our NextWall web site with an associated NextWall order number. Please contact the merchant that originally sold the merchandise to you. Their refund policy may be different than our policy.
Damaged Shipments and Manufacturing Defects
We will gladly replace any product that is damaged during the shipping process or if you notice a manufacturing defect. Please send an email with photos of the damage or defect to returns@nextwalldesign.com to request a replacement. If the product to be replaced is out of stock or no longer available, we may opt to refund the amount of your purchase at our discretion.
Labor Claims
NextWall will not accept any claims for labor or installation costs under any circumstances. Please be sure to inspect the products when you receive the shipment. We recommend that you inspect wallcovering products carefully after installing three drops to be sure the design and product meet your requirements.
